Cascade requires every change to be previewed as a draft before it can be submitted and published. You will be able to see your changes as they will appear on your site.  

1.) Once you have made changes to a page, locate the blue 'Preview Draft' button in the top right corner of the editing window and select.

Option one Ilpt Apply for a CAFE Faculty Fellow position to work with Dr. Alexis Petri to design the full SOAR program modeled after the University of Utah CATS program. The CATS matrix mentoring model is a holistic framework that includes 5 levels of mentorship: self, senior, scientific, staff, and peer. While CATS focuses on clinical and translational science and biomedical research, UMKC's SOAR will expand the model to include all disciplines at UMKC. Academic Medicine, 91(4), 497. Option two Participate in the Art of Grantsmanship fall 2021 and compete to earn a course release or small grant for spring 2022. Facilitated by Dr. Alexis Petri. The eight (8) week asynchronous course focuses on all aspects of grants from locating opportunities to theories of change to writing engaging proposals. Faculty will spend one hour each week reading articles, trying a variety of resources, and watching videos of experienced scholars here at UMKC and nationally. Three optional one-hour, in-person meetings will be scheduled for faculty to network, process, and apply new insights to practice.  

2.) Cascade will open a live preview of the page where your edits will be visible.  

Please note: Previewing your draft is step one of three when making changes to your site. You must preview your draft before you have the option to submit. Drafts are only visible to you as you preview them, and any colleagues with access to your site in Cascade can not see your drafts. Colleagues can see submitted versions of your changes prior to publication, but not your drafts.
