DubBot Basics

DubBot is a tool that was brought on board as a utility to help the Web Services team and Content Managers to manage accessibility on our digital properties.

Accessing DubBot

DubBot uses SSO information and requests should be submitted via a web ticket.

Please make sure to include a website address in your request to provide appropriate access.

Managing your site

Each site loads a dashboard to start and gives you an overall site score. Each score should be at or as close to 100 as possible. Each section leads you to an issue count and a page affected count.

DubBot also gives you access to Cascade CMS for CMS based websites by using the Open In > Editor menu for each page.

Where do I start?

While there can be some staggering numbers, most issues in the Accessibility tab can be fixed once and affect multiple layers of pages. In some instances, broken links are the same way.

Most website owners will only see content-based accessibility checks. While there are developer checks (similar to Sa11y) Web Services will handle template-level accessibility issues within the CMS and/or WordPress websites under maintenance agreements.
